Absolutely the worst car dealership in Houston. They flat out lie to you over the phone on an advertised vehicle and make you drive to dealership all the way to gulf Fwy and then change the price b They flat out lie to you over the phone on an advertised vehicle and make you drive to dealership all the way to gulf Fwy and then change the price by more than 20% when you get there. Do not believe anything that they advertise or anything that they tell you over phone. It is all lies. Drove 2 hours for a vehicle I called about, that was supposed to be 55k l, of course they say that isn't correct. Then knowing it's late they send me to finance without telling me if they can get my pay supposed to be 55k l, of course they say that isn't correct. Then knowing it's late they send me to finance without telling me if they can get my payments where I want. I've never had a dealership work that way. Waited 3 hours because there was only one guy and kept asking if they lowered the price, and about my payments and they didn't want to tell me anything except to wait. Even the finance guy said it's never done that way and I don't know they'd make you wait coming from out of town. The worst experience. More

When you realize they overcharged you it’s too late. They overcharged me 1900.00 over what I agreed on. The manager and general manager do not care and could care less about customer service. In all my years living here in Texas this dealership is the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. Called to confirm 2012 Legacy availability drove more than an hour to go out to see it and ma the worse customer experience I have ever experienced. The used car section that looks so unprofessional just asked for my information, then casually say not available and sorry we have nothing else on that price point and basically blew me off. So upsetting. Never going out there again. Now I see why the dealership rating are pathetic because it is true. More
