Worse car purchase experience ever I have ever had! For a used car you get charged for advertising the vehicle and for them to fix it to put up for sale, this was an upcharge of $6500, which is ridicul For a used car you get charged for advertising the vehicle and for them to fix it to put up for sale, this was an upcharge of $6500, which is ridiculous, when can just put this amount towards new car purchase. And apparently only this dealership is the only one who charges the customer for it. Do to the pressure to purchase the used car I decided I didn't want the car and I went to return it 2 days later when I found out my loan approval was in "limbo" and met with Chris Ferrante and he threaten me that if I did not take the car I was not going to get my $4000 down payment back, knowing very well that by law they had to refund me my money! He figured that since I was a minority female that I didn't know better! I called multiple times to get ahold of the GM, Jon Letang, with no luck, apparently, he's time is too valuable to deal with customers. I ended getting an addition $1000 discount on the car. The GM sent me to Antelmo Nunez, I asked him to give me an itemize list of what was paid with the $6500 he told me salesperson was to contact me, 2 weeks later I have yet to hear from someone. I also do not have information on how to get ahold of the credit union who financed my car as there is no phone number on the paperwork, but I was told in order to get the $1000 discount I had to go thru that specific credit union as they have to send the credit union a certain number of customers. Run from this dealership it is a scam and all they care is about closing the deal and once that's done, they will not make any effort to answer or assist in any type of way. PLEASE BECAREFUL with this dealership! More

I visited this dealership based on a Carfax listing that showed a very good price. After driving an hour to get there, I was told the price included multiple discounts (dealer, military, student, and Nissan showed a very good price. After driving an hour to get there, I was told the price included multiple discounts (dealer, military, student, and Nissan employee) and that I was only eligible for a $500 student discount, making the actual price $31,500 from 23,700 This deceptive pricing tactic felt like a blatant attempt to lure customers. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could, I would give them negative stars. More
