I had to speak to the service manager and he in turn had to speak with the district manger to solve my problem. The service tech was not willing to be helpful and was not pleased when I requested to speak to speak with the district manger to solve my problem. When they finally decided the service tech (Josh) called and informed me that the part had to come from Japan! After speaking with two other dealers, I was able to determine that the part was available in four cities within a 300 mile radius and could have been shipped over night with out a problem. The service was poor and the tech did not try to help me get the repair accomplished. More

I was looking to buy a Toyota Prius V and first went to a Toyota Dealership 5 minutes from my home. This dealership knew very little about the Pruis V and was not wiling to give me much for my trade-in vehicle. I then went to the Washington Dealerhip (30 minutes from my home) and they had a car ready for me to test drive, know everthing about the Pruis V, and offered me $1000.00 more for my trade-in. The decision to buy the car at Washington Toyota was an easy one for us to make. More
