I would absolutely recommend this dealership and the salesman Ron. He was excellent to work with! The Service department was a complete nightmare though. There was an issue with our car when we picked it up and drove home. Called and couldn’t get us in for nearly 2 weeks. Were given zero updates in 24 hours until multiple messages were left. Was not able to complete the work that day and left it over the weekend. Called late Monday afternoon to check on status and they had yet to begin because they forgot the car was there. Started work before closing but had to leave it for another day again. More
Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was look that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me. More

Communication was horrendous. Did not return phones messages regarding a status update. When finally tracked her down she spoke to me in a condescending manner. If you want you car repair and treated properly take it elsewhere. More

Because I have been loyal to this dealership in the past, I am planning to return again for my next service in hopes of a pleasant experience.*** I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I purchased my car here in 2016 from a wonderful salesman who has since retired. Over the last two years I have had my car serviced for regular oil changes, state inspections, and other mechanical issues. On June 15th I had my car scheduled for an oil change and state inspection. During the inspection it was found that my breaks needed changed. The breaks were changed that day and took 4 hours. Two hours after leaving the service appointment I noticed that my car was making unusual sounds and took it back the following morning. When I was there on June 16th the staff told me that I probably ran over a rock or did something to it that caused it to make these sounds. At the time I tried to brush off the accusatory tone I was being spoken to in because I was panicked that something was seriously wrong with the car. The staff gave me a rental car to use and told me that it was dirty because it had just been returned that morning but it wasn't too dirty. I got into the car and there was trash in either door console and broken fingernails in the cup holders. I went to pick up my car after they told me it had been repaired on two occasions only to find on both occasions that they did not fix the problem. It took 11 days total to fix the issue. In this 11 days my car also sat in flood water for an evening due to the parking lot flooding. No one called to tell me about the flooding, I was told as I was about to drive away. After much more frustration due to lack of communication between the staff and myself, I requested to speak to the general manager, Rick Jacobs. Rick choose to have other staff call me rather than call me himself as I requested. I even received a call from a salesman asking if I had thought about upgrading to a new vehicle, since I was having trouble with my car. The only staff member who was helpful was Kevin, the supervisor in the service department. After making four requests to speak to Rick I finally received a condescending voicemail from him with a laundry list of reasons why he was too busy to call me previously and accusing me of being "unsatisfied" with being called by other staff members. Upon finally speaking with Rick he continued to be condescending and cold towards me. I explained that it wasn't that I was "unsatisfied" but that I, as a customer, did not receive the service that I requested. They do not value their customers here and do not take their concerns seriously. More
What a Lincoln disgrace So even when u purchase from this dealership and then 2 weeks later schedule an appointment because a tire keeps going flat and brake r not right. When u go to any other dealer for service a car is provided for your convenience. We sure got one! A Nissan Versa. No problem except the stress if such a small car after a head on collision was more than we could bear. Then to be treated like we were pagens. No car wash. We had to ask for that. Then had to wait while they took it back for a second washing Some of the poorest service we have ever experienced from a lincoln garage ever!! More

I was very frustrated , and dissatisfied at the time . I was surprised to get a call from the owner Mr. Rick Jacobs asking me to stop in and discuss the issue. I can't say enough about Ricks sincerity and willingness to make sure that I was completely satisfied with everything that was done on my 2003 aviator with almost 300,000 miles . We bought the car there and the service dept has kept it running and driving like the day we bought it and that's what I have come to expect. South hills Lincoln mercury is a great place to buy a car . But there aren't many dealerships with a service dept that will take care of you like family especially for 12 years and 300,000 miles. If Lincoln ever brings the Aviator back into production we will buy a new one from South Hills Lincoln Mercury. If they don't I am confident that South Hills Lincoln Mercury will keep us going at least another 300,000 . NO JOKE ! Loyal customer, Samuel Vignoli More
I have purchased many vehicles here and this has to be the finest group of people I've ever dealt with. From the sales group to the fantastic service department. They go above and beyond EVERY time. They don't just run your car through a machine that squirts water on it, they actually have detailers clean EVERY car after service. I have got to know some of these people and I would give them the highest recommendation to anyone who wants a car - Lincoln/Mercury or not. These guys are super. More
