Sensational Service Stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change thinking the shop was open to 5pm. I had misread the website and the Service Area was actually closing in Stopped in on a Saturday for an oil change thinking the shop was open to 5pm. The Service Manager assured me they could get me in despite finishing regularly schedule maintenance customers and two oil changes ahead of me. And that they did. So glad since the dealership is a 40 minute drive and I work full time. Thanks! More

Not trustworthy Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. One of the services they were to perform was to rotate my tires and check for the leak I h Took them two weeks before I could even get an appointment. One of the services they were to perform was to rotate my tires and check for the leak I have in one of the tires. He said the tires were rotated and they were not able to find the leak. However they did not rotate my tires. The tire that leaks 10psi a week is still in the same spot. Doubt they checked for the leak either. More

Service on remote starter Recently had an appointment to have a remote starter installed. Everyone was very friendly but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle which was dropped Recently had an appointment to have a remote starter installed. Everyone was very friendly but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle which was dropped off the day before and left the next entire day it was not ready when I got there. I also asked for it to be cleaned which I was told that was one of their courtesy services all they did was spray it off real quick & left it wet in the cold weather. I think they could have taken the time to at least dry it off. More
