Quick, honest service I needed to replace a lost key fob for my.Sedona. The work was completed quickly & efficiently. Matt also checked a tire which had a cut in the side I needed to replace a lost key fob for my.Sedona. The work was completed quickly & efficiently. Matt also checked a tire which had a cut in the sidewall. He told me that it was only a surface mark & that I didn’t need to replace it. I expected to have to buy a new tire &so was greatly surprised & delighted to know that the tire was safe. Thanks, Matt! More

Horrible I drove to dealership saying my car was losing oil. They said I needed to make an appointment, I live alone made arrangements to drop my car off. No work was done on oil consumption as they said I was out of warranty. My car left dealership still down almost a quart of oil. My wife & I purchased 3 KIA's in 7 years. I am done with them. Sales lady sold me a used KIA Soul saying no known issues or recalls. There are oil consumption issues and recall work that needed done. The service man Eddie told me he knows of no known issues with the KIA Soul. The internet is full of oil consumption issues! The dealership is NOT honest and I feel I was taken advantage of. I am a Manager at a casino/racetrack and always suggested KIA to my co workers. Now I will be advising them against it. When I purchased my used KIA Soul after my new Kia Sorrento got totaled they placed my dealership license plate upside down. It still left service upside down. More

Suprise I only drove 1,000 miles this year so I thought the price would be the same as last year- around $18. It was still a good deal but I was surprised at the price increase More
