Service department does not listen to customer Service department stated they could not hear noise vehicle was making. When I engaged Alex regarding the problem, he had another service tech drive Service department stated they could not hear noise vehicle was making. When I engaged Alex regarding the problem, he had another service tech drive the car. They stated my tires were cupping but could not explain why. Stated if I did not like noise by new tires even though the tires were not fully worn. My research of this issue with Kia Sorento's show suspension problems are an ongoing problem with this vehicle causing cupping of tires. Purchased car in Feb 2018, it has 21,105 miles. IF I purchase new tires and the problem is suspension, I imagine tires will cupp again and again. More
