Should add that my car sat there from January 17th to April 29th and was never started now and then when the temperatures were below freezing which is why my battery died. Kayla had no intentions on helping. It took them 2 months to get me a loaner car, but when I told my case manager about that she was shocked and said they should’ve offered me one right away. Kayla is the problem. Her customer service is nonexistent and she will continue to lose that dealership customers.
