Never good service at this South Hills Kia. If the car does not show a code when connected to the computer the service department does not know what to do. The service manager is aware of one If the car does not show a code when connected to the computer the service department does not know what to do. The service manager is aware of one of the problems and has promised to fix but hasn't in the last two times we have brought the car in for service. Also warranty extended on issues we are having but they cannot duplicate the problem. Drove vehicle for 3 miles definitely not enough to duplicate problems. Safety is an issue for us however KIA doesn't seem to care. Need to find a better KIA dealership that knows what they are doing. I would not recommend!!! More
