I had Jamie McNamara as my salesman. He was pompous and is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. There were many issues with my preowned vehicle that I brought to his attention. He told me to call my insurance if the cracks on my windshield got bigger instead of taking initiative to fix it (like he is supposed to). Precious to picking up my car, one of the key fobs did not work and the battery needed replaced. I had asked him to replace the battery upon my pickup the next day. He did not do that and suggested I buy batteries on Amazon to fix it. I went to the dealership and asked that he replace the batteries, as one should receive 2 working keys upon purchase. All in all, I do not recommend Jamie. He had excuses for everything and was not very considerate to me as a first time car buyer and college student. Awful experience. More

It’s truly not the dealership, but every time my vehicle needs serviced, it is a two day affair. The first day is to diagnose. Then of course the part(s) needed are never in stock. It takes another week needs serviced, it is a two day affair. The first day is to diagnose. Then of course the part(s) needed are never in stock. It takes another week+ to get a call from the parts department to let me know that my parts arrived. Then you need to schedule a second day to get your new parts installed—this, for me, is a second day of work that gets missed. It’s totally ridiculous! This is not even to mention that it takes like 3 weeks to even get a service appointment. Heck, if I was buying a car I’d be out of there with a new one that same day! Service people are great, but the service literally sucks. More
