Waited a week or so to get the car in for a recall. Drop the car off then later get a text stating the car is done but the part needed is on back order. So it was just a complete waste of time and now somehow mysteriously my Check engine light is on. What was the nature of the recall, a fuse replacement. They can’t keep a $3 part in stock. More

The service here is not good. They dont respond to voicemails and take very long to get back to you. I still have issues with my car after the last repairs. They don't provide loaners, so if a repair takes longer than a day, you don't have a car. Their only option is to rent a car, but they wont reimburse you unless your repair is covered under warranty.
