When we walked right in, we were immediately communicated to, which was nice. The gentleman that initially communicated with us took us around to look at new cars. His name was Eddie. He seemed to be all ove to, which was nice. The gentleman that initially communicated with us took us around to look at new cars. His name was Eddie. He seemed to be all over the place and not really fully into our conversations and process. We felt kind of overwhelmed in a way talking to him. On our first test drive, he told us when we get back, he would hand us off to someone else. We were a bit confused by this. He was not the best at answering questions and seemed to just dodge some things. When we got back, we were greeted with Taylor, who was amazing. Taylor really took the time with us with asking us different questions, showing us other cars, and being extremely patient with us. We went on a test drive with him in a different vehicle and he was answering all of our questions and being extremely helpful. He definitely knew what he was talking about. It shows when you actually know what you are talking about rather than putting on a disguise to someone making them think you know what you are talking about. Overall, we were very happy with our outcome and experience. More
