The resolution was “call corporate”. Service rep said a “couple of codes”. Finally when I got the Service Manager he chucked and said like 15 codes. I had to pay $800 to see if the engine was covered. Had I had the 15 codes info I would not have paid and sold the car. Service rep was useless and could not have been less helpful. Then I was told the dealership “didn’t want my car at all” and gave me well under blue book, even for a car that needed major repairs. I’ve never seen a dealership less interested in helping a customer. I will never buy another car from either of your dealerships and I have been telling everyone about the treatment I received.
