once again the service department has delivered ahead d of schedule. My service advisor Kayla was fantastic getting me in without an appointment, and getting me back on the road!!!! Surprising as car shopping goes, this was a very pleasurable experience. Salesman John Folger was not pushy, listened to my needs and offered me a great price for my trade-in. Once the decision was made to purchase a Telluride he was so patient going over the vehicle especially the infotainment center. Joe, the business mgr, worked to get us the best rate. Vehicle purchasing is normally a trying experience but John and Joe were exceptional. I highly recommend South Hills Kia. More

Absolutely terrible. Lack of info from service. Lack of empathy. Deferred problems to Kia corporate. Total unwillingness to work with client. If you have one go to anothe Lack of info from service.
