Enjoyable car buying experience I just finished looking at an Acura MDX and saw the South Hills Kia dealership across the street. I decided to go over just to see what they had and I just finished looking at an Acura MDX and saw the South Hills Kia dealership across the street. I decided to go over just to see what they had and Phil Oermann met me at the door. After a brief discussion he took me to see a Sorrento. We took it for test drive and I really liked it. I had been looking at many different midsize SUVs and this was the first one that I actually enjoyed driving. After the test drive I informed Phil that I was going to look at another SUV at another dealership and maybe come back in a couple days to have my wife drive the Sorento. Phil never tried to get me to buy right then, but instead told me that he would be available whenever I came back and wanted to buy. I went back with my wife a couple days later and she also enjoyed driving the Sorrento so then we sat down with Phil and within a short time we agreed on what I thought was good price on the Sorrento and my trade. I wasn't able to pick it up until after the weekend and when I came in to fill out the paperwork on Monday they informed me that over the weekend there was a special holiday incentive that they would try to make sure I would get. They really didn't have to do that because I wasnt aware of it but just goes to show that they are interested in customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend South Hills Kia and will definitely go there again whenever I am in the market for another vehicle. The entire staff was always knowledgeable and friendly. If Phil didn't know the answer the question he made sure that he found someone who did. More

Spoke to Larry winter today, brother of Patrick and was told that no one in his staff would ever do such a thing as threaten to call the police but oddly enough I just read another complaint regarding Patrick winter threatening to call the police. POLICE WERE CALLED!!!!! Tried to return a KIA leased vehicle that was due for turn in and they refused it. Due to the fact that it was not bought there. Any leased vehicle can go back to any dealership of that brand. Sales manager Patrick Winter (owners brother imagine that) boldly stated to leave the lot or he would call the police.
