Fast, friendly, honest and professional I called because I was off and wanted to see if my car could be done that day instead of the next day (day of actual appointments). We had a test drive which included highway driving which I recommend and appreciate. The price was fair for the slightly used Kia Sedona EX I purchased. There was no pressure since they knew I was going to other dealerships to test drive a Honda and a Toyota. Once I bought one, Alex sat with me in the minivan for quite a while explaining some of the basic features and helping me connect my cell phone. Inspected used cars Dont buy a used car from here. They put on inspection stickers without checking everything. I bought a used car and when i got home. The low oil level Dont buy a used car from here. They put on inspection stickers without checking everything. I bought a used car and when i got home. The low oil level light was on. The person i bought it from said take it to a chevy place because we dont work on them. Went to put on emergency brake because i live on a hill and that didnt work. I took it to the chevy dealer and they showed there was nothing there. The brake shoes were just a sliver. They told me that cant happen in less than a month but yet it was just inspected by this kia. I called and they said that the chevy dealer i was at probabley has a barrel full of worn down brake shoes. I ve been dealing with the chevy dealer all my life. The last thing wrong(so far) is the remote key lock and alarm didnt work.I took that back and they put in new batteries but that didnt work.He said to buy one on line or at a chevy dealer More
