Furthermore, if something is wrong with my car he explains to me in great detail what is going on and in words that I can understand. He also has respect for the fact that service can be expensive and will always do his best to suggest cost effective options. Manny has great integrity and his honesty is unmatched by those of other car service centers. The quality of work by the service team is always top notch. I RARELY have issues after leaving the service center and if I do, the issue is remmedied IMMEDIATELY and free of charge. The other service members I have had contact with are all very pleasant to work with and I'm always comfortable speaking to any one of them knowing me concerns will be heard and met with a strong attitude towards resolving them. Waited forever with a scheduled appointment I scheduled a few simple items - oil change, tire rotation, and a review of my wiper blades and battery to see if they needed replaced. I arrived at 1p and my car was taken in. Two hours later - yes, two hours - after every single person in the waiting went in and out - even new people went in and got out - even people just getting the car washed - after two hours it was finally done - ridiculous. Bad experience Needed coil spring and (rotors) ,called a week before hand to schedule appointment app was set at 10:30,got there at 9:15. At 12:10 they called telling me they did not have the part.mind you i called a week before ,they shoulda had it. 2:00 i finally called to see if it was done. They had to overnight the part,but i didnt have my vehicle at .they gave me no alternative for a vehicle . Called the manager .mr.shoonmaker he never called back( gutless). Plus my recall part still hasn't come in ,its been a month! More
