2018 Kia Sorento My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from South Hills Kia. We were greeted by Eddie, but not pressured to make the sale. We generally My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from South Hills Kia. We were greeted by Eddie, but not pressured to make the sale. We generally knew what type of vehicle we we’re interested in. Eddie listened to us and what our needs were for our vehicle. We wanted a V6 engine with 3 rows of seating. We either wanted the LX or EX model. He showed us the LX first and we did a test drive. Then the key he had grabbed to show us the EX model had a sunroof. I told him that I was not interested in a sunroof—just not my thing. He did not try to persuade me to get a vehicle with features I did not want. Instead, he ran back into the dealership to get me a key for a vehicle with the features and colors (exterior and interior) that we were interested in. We took the EX with the features we wanted for a test drive and decided to purchase this vehicle. He did not pressure us for the sale. It was a refreshing experience at a car dealership. More
Easiest vehicle purchase ever! I looked for a new vehicle for 5 months. I hadn't considered Kia, but figured I'd stop on in. My husband and I met the most wonderful person, Leigh A I looked for a new vehicle for 5 months. I hadn't considered Kia, but figured I'd stop on in. My husband and I met the most wonderful person, Leigh Anne DeFelice. Tons of snow and ice did not stop her from showing us every vehicle we were interested in. We wound up ordering a brand new Sedona that day with her, even though we were primarily looking at used vehicles. I asked her, and her manager, to jump through hoops for everything that I needed and wanted in a new vehicle. They worked with me on price, extra options, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Leigh Anne, and am lucky to have found her! Lou was super efficient with our lease paperwork. I honestly have never had such an easy experience purchasing a vehicle.
