Ok service Dropped car night before to be inspected. Car had a little over 7000 miles on it. Called around 3pm to see if was done couldn’t talk to anyone had to Dropped car night before to be inspected. Car had a little over 7000 miles on it. Called around 3pm to see if was done couldn’t talk to anyone had to leave a message. My wife call a couple times as well since she had to work that night and needed the car. She talked to someone around 330 they told her that they would call her the emissions machine was having problems and they where almost done with the car. At 4 she was on hold trying to find out if the car was done when they call me to say the car was done. I just don’t understand why it took so long for the car to get inspected if I was there first thing. They guys where super nice about everything. I just don’t understand why it took as long. And Leigh Ann is the best hope she’s the Gm one day she’s the best More

Disappointed When I brought my car in, I told the young man (Eddie) taking my info that I needed a front driver side fog light. He said that would be taken care o When I brought my car in, I told the young man (Eddie) taking my info that I needed a front driver side fog light. He said that would be taken care of during Inspection. I assumed that it had been taken care of because I have always had superior service from South Hills Kia. However, when I got home, the light was still out and has remained out (this is not a case of sometimes light is on and sometimes it is off). I'm disappointed and I wonder how thorough the Inspection actually was. More

Wait wait and wait some more I would say that what ever could go wrong did. I felt that the it took way to long to get checked out since the finance guy was also a salesman and go I would say that what ever could go wrong did. I felt that the it took way to long to get checked out since the finance guy was also a salesman and got his person out first. No one was working with my salesperson. They treated her and me bad. Then I couldn’t get my car since no one noticed it wasn’t inspected. They had all morning to inspect and by noon when I was told to come it wasn’t done and I waited another hour 1/2 and they still didn’t have it done. Meghan checked and they weren’t even working on it but we’re working on other salesman’s customers. I have to bring the car back. More
