I did the application for financing online, sent my driver license and insurance information via phone text and arrived in pm for purchase. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new Kia Soul. I did my homework and asked for the true car price and it was honored. Andy is the nicest guy! Only to happy to buy the car from him. It was a flawless process giving back my leased vehicle (even though not leased from that dealership), they still took it, unlike a previous reviewer had written. I had my eyes on a certified pre owned Kia SUV, so we took it for a test drive and Phil explained all of the features of it thoroughly. We also discussed other options (leasing another vehicle vs buying), just so I knew everything that I could do. When I made my final decision to buy the pre owned SUV, we talked out a fair price, and the whole process went smooth from there. Enjoyable car buying experience I just finished looking at an Acura MDX and saw the South Hills Kia dealership across the street. I decided to go over just to see what they had and I just finished looking at an Acura MDX and saw the South Hills Kia dealership across the street. I decided to go over just to see what they had and Phil Oermann met me at the door. After a brief discussion he took me to see a Sorrento. We took it for test drive and I really liked it. I had been looking at many different midsize SUVs and this was the first one that I actually enjoyed driving. After the test drive I informed Phil that I was going to look at another SUV at another dealership and maybe come back in a couple days to have my wife drive the Sorento. Phil never tried to get me to buy right then, but instead told me that he would be available whenever I came back and wanted to buy. I went back with my wife a couple days later and she also enjoyed driving the Sorrento so then we sat down with Phil and within a short time we agreed on what I thought was good price on the Sorrento and my trade. I wasn't able to pick it up until after the weekend and when I came in to fill out the paperwork on Monday they informed me that over the weekend there was a special holiday incentive that they would try to make sure I would get. They really didn't have to do that because I wasnt aware of it but just goes to show that they are interested in customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend South Hills Kia and will definitely go there again whenever I am in the market for another vehicle. The entire staff was always knowledgeable and friendly. Spoke to Larry winter today, brother of Patrick and was told that no one in his staff would ever do such a thing as threaten to call the police but oddly enough I just read another complaint regarding Patrick winter threatening to call the police.
