Software update The software update was really fast, which was the nicest part. They offered to replace my battery for me, which of course was 160% mark up of buying The software update was really fast, which was the nicest part. They offered to replace my battery for me, which of course was 160% mark up of buying one and getting it installed for free at any parts store in the area, so I passed on that. When they pulled my car around and I got in, it smelled like the workshop. My car didn't have a grungy oil car garage aroma when I dropped it off. After a day with the windows open the smell subsided. Finally, for what it's worth, I'm guessing not a whole lot, its stated on the website under "Service Department Features: FREE Car Wash with Service". This is my second time getting service done at this dealership and I didn't receive a wash either time. Why have it on your website for people to read if it never happens? More
