Service Took To Long I made an appointment via the dealership website for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation with the notation that she would wait at dealership . I made an appointment via the dealership website for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation with the notation that she would wait at dealership . My daughter arrived before the scheduled appointment and decided to have the dealership shuttle take her to a nearby restaurant. Approximately two hours later, the service department called her (not me as instructed) that brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced to pass inspection. I called and Eddie Daerr, the adviser, said this would take approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete. About two hours later the car was ready and it took the shuttle 30 minutes to pick her up and return her to the dealership. I thought a lot of her time would not have been waisted if the dealership would have followed the "wait at dealership" note. This appointment ended up similar to my other daughter's appointment a little over a year ago. More
