Express service was not so express I wanted to get an oil change, but I couldn't schedule one online because it fell under the express service they were touting everywhere. So I went t I wanted to get an oil change, but I couldn't schedule one online because it fell under the express service they were touting everywhere. So I went to the dealer and had to wait an hour for my express oil change. On the plus side, they discovered my inspection was out of date and were able to do the inspection after the oil change so I didn't have to come back, so I ended up spending over 2 hours there. They are always friendly when I come in, but I will probably not go back for services that fall under the express umbrella. More

We decided to come back to South Hills Kia because of our interactions the first time we purchased a vehicle from him. He made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and was attentive to our needs. He showed us multiple vehicles, explained and compared the different models and packages, and allowed us to test drive the vehicles. He was able to show us different financing options and got us where we needed to be to be able to purchase what we wanted. He gave us space to discuss and decide on exactly what we wanted.
