I asked what the estimated completion time was and they said 15 minutes left. 15 minutes went by and it was ready so I went to pick up. I headed home with my car and about two hours later, I received a call saying my car was done. It had been done for two hours and I was home with it parked in my garage. Just seemed a little chaotic. She immediately offered a test drive and didn’t waste any time trying to suggest something else. She was so helpful during the paperwork part of the process and explained all the numbers and made sure I knew the exact breakdown of everything. She also reviewed every feature of the car before I drove it off the lot so I was super confident when it came time to drive the car off the lot. She even followed up the next day to make sure everything was going well with the new car.
