I researched cars for 6 months, primarily looking at subcompact SUVs. Test drove a '22 Seltos LX with Eddie's help. While I knew I was looking for an S or EX trim level, I at least got a feel for how th subcompact SUVs. Test drove a '22 Seltos LX with Eddie's help. While I knew I was looking for an S or EX trim level, I at least got a feel for how the SUV handled. With the inventory shortage and most vehicles being reserved before they get to the dealer's lot, I had to consider alternatives. So after about a week of test driving other vehicles at other dealerships and receiving subpar service, I came back to South Hills Kia. Eddie was with a customer, however Leigh Anne stepped up and was able to recommend a '21 Forte GT-Line. I was very impressed and a week later decided on the Forte. (I am an indecisive person, my '06 Rio LX served me well for 15 years.) Leigh-Anne was phenomenal through the entire process and even returned my call on her day off! I feel bad about switching associates on Eddie he was fantastic and had inventory not been an issue, this might be a different review. Shopping for a vehicle during a shortage is a terrible experience and I hope to never do it again. Leigh-Anne, Eddie and South Hills Kia made buying a vehicle enjoyable and worthwhile in spite of the current market! More
