Overall fine experience. The vehicle inspection report was not filled in but I assume was done. I was told tires were even so were not rotated. Friendly and timely service. Communicated with me during the process. My only complaint, and not with the service department, was that the car needs brakes and rotors for both the front and back, roughly $ the process. Purchased the car as a certified pre-owned in October 2020 and have driven it roughly 5,000 - 6,000 miles since the purchase. I would not expect to need brakes and rotors all around after driving so few miles. Jaime was understanding of the issue and spoke to the used car manager but nothing they would do saying car is almost a year since purchase. Not sure length of ownership matters more important about how few miles were put on the car before needing brakes and rotors. Jaime was excellent in the service she provide to us. More
Took several tries to reach anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment . I had to leave my car, then they didn’t have the parts and now I have to leave it again and find a ride to work and back to schedule an appointment .
