I had to have two visits because of my need for tires and inspection. Kayla took care of me both times except for payment on my inspection which involved Jaime. Kayla was very informative scheduling me for my inspection and advising my of the discount on tires which would expire if I waited until inspection. This was most helpful since I am on a limited income and all savings matter. On the day of my inspection appt., Kayla was very informative every step of the way about what my car needed. She is very personable and appears knowledgeable about cars which I value since women are sometimes taken advantage of in respect to understanding the workings of vehicles.
