First off let me say that the car sales and finance were superb. John Folger and Joey in finance were two of the best car people I have dealt with. My trade was a 2020 Sonata top of the line Limited with 16000 miles on it. A perfect trade or so I thought. This dealership (Sales Manager Chris Beeler) does not recognize KBB, black book or nada. They use some kinda system that totally favors the dealer. After a week of checking the expected trade-in value of my trade---the range of a car in this excellant shape was anywhere from $19500 t0 $20500. They offered me $17000 with no room to negotiate giving me a unbelievable excuse that SOMEWHERE there was a car like mine that sat for 105 days on someones (?) lot. Give me a break--One car??????? Where---on Mars???? Unfortunately, my wife was with me and was in love with the car we were buying OR I would have IMMEDIATLY walked away. Do not deal with Chris Beeler on your trade or be ready for a major low ball. Sell it outright or with carvana or some other carbuying service. More

I just discovered that they cross threaded one of my lug nuts when I had my Sedona inspected 3 weeks ago.
