I would like to also say how sorry we are for any inconvenience or aggravation you experienced. As Keith said, our records indicate the brakes were well above minimum specifications. To follow up, less than a week after leaving this dealership my wife and I bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey- Touring at Schultz Ford in Wexford for $4,000 under the KBB list price. The vehicle had slightly more miles on it (14K) than the one at South Hills Honda (same year) but was in excellent condition, a better model, and also had a clean car facts. I'm happy we waited and bought that vehicle instead, as it was definitely a better deal than we would have recieved at South Hills Honda. Just wondering if the sales staff would care to explain to me again how their vehicle was priced $700 over KBB. I'm sure they sold it to someone...but it sure wasn't going to be me. Maybe I should thank them as we ended up with a nicer vehicle in the long run. Come to think of it I will. Thank you South Hills Honda for not selling me your overpriced van. Do your homework before you go here, but don't be surprised if they are unwilling to negotiate a fair price!!

Dear Mr. Barch, After two message exchanges it is very clear that we have a misunderstanding that I am unable to overcome.... and I am very sorry for that. Moreover, since you have already purchased another older van after your several months of searching it is too late for me to help you with your vehicle needs. I must say, however, that it is very disappointing that we should have to go through all this simply because you disagree with how we market price our vehicles. Our volume approach to the automobile business has never produced a dispute like this regarding pricing because we are ALWAYS either the lowest... or one of the lowest in the area. Unfortunately we have not been able to establish any form of contact. Moreover, we have no record of you ever contacting us regarding a cancellation.
