Horrible Service Department! The folks in the service department desperately need a lesson in customer service. Gerald is extremely rude and condescending. We were having irregul The folks in the service department desperately need a lesson in customer service. Gerald is extremely rude and condescending. We were having irregular tire wear on the inside tire(s) of a new Honda Pilot and would not pass state inspection with 13k miles. We asked the salesman if the service department could look it over to find the issue or cause so that it would not occur again when a new tire was installed. I was willing to do whatever was recommended until Gerald called and attempted to talk down to me and start blaming us for the issue. I will be picking up the car today and taking it elsewhere for business going forward. Customers have a choice where they buy and I will not make the mistake of doing business with South Hills Honda ever again. My wife and I have purchased/leased three vehicles there and regret the decision. More

Poor workmanship We bought a new CR-V along with roof racks and when they installed them they chipped our roof along with damaging the roof racks and rails. They did not inform us and we noticed when washing the vehicle. It took multiple trips to the dealer to have it corrected and they had our car for 23 days to fix. I would highly recommend against using this dealer for any type of service work. We are highly disappointed and do not plan on stepping foot inside this dealership ever again. Update: I sent a letter to Honda's Corporate Customer Service to express my displeasure as we have been a Honda family. A Customer Service rep reached out to the dealer and myself. They offered to refund some of my money for the poor work if I took down this post. I told the Honda rep that it was curious that Corporate Honda would be in the middle of offering in effect hush money and that I wouldn't take it down but would amend my post to include that they took a step to correct a wrong and he told me their offer was their offer, no exceptions and that Corporate Honda really had nothing to do with this since it was a dealer failure. I wonder how many posts have been taken down due to a small settlement. I remain surprised at the poor level of service I have now received from this Honda dealer and the Honda company. More
Horrible Experience I bought my Honda CR-V from this dealership and have had service performed on my vehicle there. Very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Interru I bought my Honda CR-V from this dealership and have had service performed on my vehicle there. Very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Interrupted me and cut me off when speaking. Horrible sales and service representatives. Told me they could not help me with a defective part Honda was installing in vehicles. They said they would have to charge me $95 an hour for the third time to diagnose my same problem. Left there and drove to another Honda dealership. Complete opposite service. And they are replacing my defective part, covering 100% of the cost and giving me a loaner vehicle for the day. South Hills Honda does not give loaner vehicles. Do not give them your business. More
