The gentleman that we had was very knowledgable and very down to earth. I have been to different dealerships of diffent brands in my time (including Yenko) and never have felt as comfortable as I did worki down to earth. From the date of our purchase until present day, these individuals, as well as everyone we encountered connected with the dealership, treated us with respect and courtesy. They all were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere was one of ‘take care of the customer’. Our experience with Jim Gracey, through whom we purchased, and others on the sales staff was so positive that we returned this month (June) to Jim and purchased a new CRV.
