I made appointment to have van serviced and guy (not even going to say gentleman)because he was extremely rude. He said I had no appointment. He said well you don’t know who you talked to so I can’t servic going to say gentleman)because he was extremely rude. He said I had no appointment. He said well you don’t know who you talked to so I can’t service it. I said I did not write down persons name and I would not just drop van off without appointment. Well I check for confirmation and I had it but he was right I did not have appt at south hills I had made it at Washington by mistake. Well my mistake but no reason for him to be so rude. How about checking your computer before calling customer and getting them all worked up because you have no people skills. Who ever owns this dealer ship. I suggest you have a talk with this piece of work. Now I can never bring van there Because I’m afraid this piece of work will mess with my van. That’s how rude he was. He says his service manager heard the whole conversation. I dont think so. Im sure he did not hear the way you talked to me the first time Jerry. More

I had Mikael as my salesman. He seemed very professional and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me out with my situation. We worked out a realistic and decent deal for what He seemed very professional and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me out with my situation. Overall a pretty good experience with him and Kevin, who helped me close the deal. I would consider buying from there again in the future. More

Everyone is friendly and extremely competent from sales to service to finance. Gia Leven is outstanding . Her friendliness and knowledge of her products is over the top. I am from out of State and my Pilot needed an oil change. A1 was showing so I asked what that meant after the oil change was completed. The technician said a tire rotation along with the oil change but told A1 was showing so I asked what that meant after the oil change was completed. The technician said a tire rotation along with the oil change but told me I needed to replace the tires before winter which I did after returning to Ohio. Thank you for being so honest. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Go to any other dealership. About a month prior, I bought a set of 4 new tires, discovered that the tire was defective or not properly installed, and Go to any other dealership. About a month prior, I bought a set of 4 new tires, discovered that the tire was defective or not properly installed, and created an unsafe tire. The dealership charged me full price for this tire that had less than 2000 miles and gave me no explanation other than it was my fault and I would need to contact the manufacturer I got in my car, and the tire light was on. I went back inside, and the service technician told me that it was normal after getting a tire changed. The car didn’t feel right, and I stopped to check the tire pressure, and sure thing, two other tires were low. This “service dealership” could not bother to check my tires when the light was on, claiming everything was fine. This is an incredibly dangerous safety hazard, selling defective parts and not properly checking the vehicles for service. I will never shop here again and tell everyone I know to avoid South Hills Honda at all costs. Plenty of other dealerships in the area, especially ones that will treat their customers with respect and provide quality service. More
