When Gino was done with my Jeep, he came into the lounge area to let me know. If I ever need service on my vehicle, Gino will be the one I request. We were greeted by Dave and he asked us which cars we were looking for, the features we were hoping to get and what our budget was. Dave showed us both vehicles and helped me to decide on a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Once this decision had been made, Dave took time to go over financing options and worked diligently to get us to a price and payment we were happy with. Dave took a good portion of the day working with us, which both myself and my wife really appreciated. He took time to listen to our concerns and answer all our questions, and we felt that he genuinely wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted within our budget. I really can't speak any higher of the service we received, Dave took a lot of the stress of new car shopping out of the equation and made the whole process quite enjoyable. I'd recommend you stop South Hills CDJRF the next time you're looking for a new vehicle, and have a chat to Dave, you won't be disappointed! More

All the personnel were friendly. Dave Susko welcomed me,made me feel comfortable being there. He took the time to find out what my vehicle needs were and we discussed my options based on that. While I waited for a vehicle to be warmed up Dave introduced me to many of the dealership personnel. I was impressed with Dave's knowledge of all of the vehicles, his enthusiasm and his professionalism. When I picked up the vehicle Dave covered all of the features and capabilities with me. Overall this was a great automobile purchase experience at South Hills Chrysler and with Dave Susko! More

Worst service center in the Pittsburgh area This is the worst service dealership there is. Firs my car brakes down they say they don’t have time to tow it. Call road side assistance that I paid This is the worst service dealership there is. Firs my car brakes down they say they don’t have time to tow it. Call road side assistance that I paid for with the warranty they tell me that they only tow 20 miles. So I had to use my AAA. Then I tell them everything that’s wrong with the car. Blowing oil every where that it went into limp mode. And mr ed is worried about the battery. So I ask him what’s he going to do about the oil licking every where he said he is going to change the oil and put die in it. I tried to tell him that the car would never make it back to my house. He got nasty and said if I don’t have the loaner back by 12::00 the next day that he would report the car stolen. Then he said the warranty I got when I got the car was only good for 2 days. I got the extra warranty and paid good money for it. I recommend no body buy a car from south Hills Chrysler and dodge. I am going to be posting this all over Facebook about this place. More
I dealt with Charlie Shaver. He was informative and helpful. Charlie made the experience of leasing a new 2018 Compass about as easy as it could possibly be. I had leased a Cherokee, and was looking for, perhap Charlie made the experience of leasing a new 2018 Compass about as easy as it could possibly be. I had leased a Cherokee, and was looking for, perhaps, another option, as I don't need quite as big a car. We went over all of the options, and what my needs and wants were, and I felt very secure in choosing the Compass.He was able to find me the color, and the inside choices that I was interested in.I will certainly seek him out again.
