Highway Robbery I was Charged over $600 to replace a coil and six spark plugs. Parts only came to approximately $140, and labor charge was over $400 with additional $ I was Charged over $600 to replace a coil and six spark plugs. Parts only came to approximately $140, and labor charge was over $400 with additional $100 diagnostic fees. Simply a ridiculous price for a coil replacement and essentially a tune up. More

Engine trouble I called the dealership three times to tell them my car was stalling as I was driving. They would not give provide a rental car and I was not able to I called the dealership three times to tell them my car was stalling as I was driving. They would not give provide a rental car and I was not able to get a rental for three days. I took the car in early and my husband had to get a manager who finally gave me a rental car. Brian’s called the next day and said it was out of oil. I was late having it changed. I was exactly at 7500 miles and the oil was gone. My husband called back and got a manager who told him there was a reason it was burning oil and not just because an oil change wS “late” as I was told. It took numerous calls and stops in the dealership to get this resolved. I just purchased the car exactly one year ago and I would not recommend this place to anyone More

Apparently they washed & brought vehicle out to me dripping wet. It was already clean when I brought it in. I spent the morning cleaning it. Ridiculous. Supervise or train your guys to use common sense. I appreciate the wash but only when it actually needs it. More
