Highway Robbery I was Charged over $600 to replace a coil and six spark plugs. Parts only came to approximately $140, and labor charge was over $400 with additional $ I was Charged over $600 to replace a coil and six spark plugs. Parts only came to approximately $140, and labor charge was over $400 with additional $100 diagnostic fees. Simply a ridiculous price for a coil replacement and essentially a tune up. More
Service Center They’ve had my vehicle for 2 weeks with minimal contact letting us know what is going on. I had to call and speak with the managers to get an update. Great experience as usual Noticed my truck inspection ran out and they got me in no problem and got it done for me. Also got a free car wash which was nice cause it needed it. Engine trouble I called the dealership three times to tell them my car was stalling as I was driving. They would not give provide a rental car and I was not able to I called the dealership three times to tell them my car was stalling as I was driving. They would not give provide a rental car and I was not able to get a rental for three days. I took the car in early and my husband had to get a manager who finally gave me a rental car. Brian’s called the next day and said it was out of oil. I was late having it changed. I was exactly at 7500 miles and the oil was gone. My husband called back and got a manager who told him there was a reason it was burning oil and not just because an oil change wS “late” as I was told. It took numerous calls and stops in the dealership to get this resolved. I just purchased the car exactly one year ago and I would not recommend this place to anyone More

Apparently they washed & brought vehicle out to me dripping wet. It was already clean when I brought it in. I spent the morning cleaning it. Ridiculous. Supervise or train your guys to use common sense. I appreciate the wash but only when it actually needs it. More
