My New Jeep Compass I felt that my salesperson Mark was very informative yet not high pressure. My only negative comment is that I was told by Mark I had a deal with no money down and my trade....and then had to come up with a check for $340.00 when I got to the office of Joe Jackovic the finance manager..This upset me a bit...because my finances are strained due to dealing with having cancer a few years ago....and the car I was trading in... a Chrysler 200...had problems with a sensor and brakes after only 24 thousand miles. I bought my Chrysler 200 there also.......and felt compelled to trade it due to these issues. I was happy I was able to finance the new vehicle..but was disappointed that Chrysler Capital insisted on a higher finance rate than before....since I had made all my payments on the trade in car over a four year period. On the upside....I love my new Jeep.Compass!!!! More
