No communication. Bad service I finally got my used car 8 days after buying it, and it has major braking issues. During that whole 8 day period I was told that the car would be ready first thing the next morning ( starting day 1). Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment for 9am. They provided me with a service loaner that they claimed had a full tank. It did not. I repeatedly asked how long the se I had an appointment for 9am. They provided me with a service loaner that they claimed had a full tank. It did not. I repeatedly asked how long the service would take and was told about 30-45 min. Around 1pm when I called them, I was told they were just starting on it and they would call me when it was done. No one clarified with me that if I didn’t wait, they wouldn’t work on it right away. When I contacted the service manager, he explained that it was my fault for not specifying my timeframe for. Ending the vehicle done. I was under the impression the 9am appointment would mean it would be worked on at 9am. In the end the service manager was terrible and never even said sorry for the confusion. So much for customer service. Absolutely terrible experience. I will recommend that anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Fiat go elsewhere. More
