Best Service here - after worst experience at 3 Rivers I purchased my Dodge Ram Crew Cab with Hemi brand new from 3 Rivers Dodge; however, near the end of the warranty, when the truck engine started chirpi I purchased my Dodge Ram Crew Cab with Hemi brand new from 3 Rivers Dodge; however, near the end of the warranty, when the truck engine started chirping I took it in for service there and had a horrible experience there. After talking to a RAM rep directly at the corporate office, they advised I try another dealership - so we went to South Hills Dodge Ram in McMurray PA. Alex, the service mg - was very easy to work with and the whole experience was a world of difference - in a good way - compared to the other dealer. They isolated the issue to the engine, which was still covered under warranty. Alex got us set up with a loaner vehicle and kept us in the loop on the work and finish date.
