Great salesmanship, not so great financing. My salesperson, Garret Weigers was great. He was personable and honest, and helped me navigate all aspects of car buying. Taylor the finance specialist however left a lot to be desired. She flew through what is arguably the most important part of buying a car. The warranty info, payments, total cost, rebates etc. were breezed through so fast there was no time for questions or even to stop and think or take in the information she was sharing. Furthermore, when I was finally able to process a few days later, I called her to get clarity on a few points but was met with extreme condescension. It left me feeling slightly remorseful and Worried about my purchase, the last two emotions you want when having just financed $30,000 of new car. More
