Quick car buying experience I had called ahead to see if the truck was there and Mark had it pulled up front and ready for test drive. They did not have anyone babysit the test drive and instead worked on my trade while we were taking the test drive. Once we got back, the preliminary numbers were there ready for negotiation. We had figured out numbers and were out of the dealership in less than three hours with the new truck. Very good experience. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Same goes for Verne. Mark knew his stuff and provided a very good walk through of the huge number features that the vehicle had, once we were ready to leave. Just to be clear, we had hit multiple RAM dealers in western PA over the last few days, and this experience was head and shoulders above anything we experienced in the other places. Way way better.
