Eric was very professional but never pushy. He answered my questions and got back to me if I left messages. The car I was interested in was ready to be test driven when he said it would be. (Other dealers play games and keep you waiting or don't have the car available.) There was no pressure or sales pitch. I told him I had other cars to look at and he said okay, if you decide you like this one give me a call. Financing was a breeze. (Some dealers use the financing to jack up the price.) The car was ready when I went to pick it up. It was super clean. Eric went over all the paperwork with me. It was an unbelievably pleasant experience. And I will go back there when it's time to buy again. More
