Accommodating and Friendly! I was looking for a Jeep Patriot for my wife, and they had a few to choose from. The one we went to look at didn't fit my wife's needs for an adjusta I was looking for a Jeep Patriot for my wife, and they had a few to choose from. The one we went to look at didn't fit my wife's needs for an adjustable driver's seat. Eric told me that a couple of Patriots just came in that were not in inventory yet and had not been serviced. One of them was a Patriot Latitude which had the adjustable driver's seat. The price, mileage and color all met our criteria. Even though it did not go through service yet it already had 4 new tires installed. The purchase, trade and paperwork all went smoothly. A couple of days later we picked up our fully serviced Patriot. Eric and Lisa were very relaxed, friendly and accommodating! There was no pressure at any point in our purchase experience. Thank you! It was a very quick turnaround despite a holiday making it a day longer! But they got my Finance application into the bank and prepped the car for a easy and very fast pickup! Obviously the truck is used and I just got it so problems could always occur, but I know Derick and Eric will take care of me!! They were also very helpful with finding a great payment option for me as I am just 20 years old and a college student!! Theres so much more great things I could say and I definitely recommend this dealership! More
