Super easy van buying experience - great team at SEMS! SEMS was very easy to work with and I went from initial call to driving away in my new van, a Ford Transit 150 Cargo Van, in just a few days -- Tuesda SEMS was very easy to work with and I went from initial call to driving away in my new van, a Ford Transit 150 Cargo Van, in just a few days -- Tuesday to Friday! The price online was better than anywhere else I could find, and the SEMS staff was available around the clock - I received a call from the owner, and email from the manager, at 8pm on two separate occasions. They were upfront and honest (as far as I know), and I got what I think was a good deal, at least as good as I could find after searching the internet for days, on a 2018 Ford Transit Van. I called SEMS on a Tuesday evening, did my financing application over the phone, was told I was approved that night a few hours later, visited the dealer to fill out the paperwork on Wednesday, and was driving home in my new van on Friday. This was my first time buying a vehicle (having handed-down family vehicles only up until this point), so I was pleased with the support from the SEMS staff: Derek, Eric, and Lisa answered all of my questions and made this a very simple & straightforward sale. Spending 4 hours at the RI DMV (SEMS is in MA, so they couldn't register it for me) was definitely way more painful than the actual purchase. It's now been about 3 weeks and that new car smell (which I don't really like) is finally going away and the van feels more like my own every day... thank you again to SEMS for an easy deal and best of luck in the future!
