We looked around quite a bit for a model like this one, and were very happy to find this one in very good We bought a 2012 Kia Sorento 7 seater here. We looked around quite a bit for a model like this one, and were very happy to find this one in very good shape for a fair price. We were able to negotiate the price down to a bit, not enough to be a good price, not a great price. The dealership went out of their way to help us get the car checked out by our mechanic before buying (we were out of state at the time) and took care of all the Mass paperwork efficiently. We spotted a few small issues after buying the car, and they fixed them all up with no hassle, and even gave us a loaner car. When we had another small problem 2 weeks after our warranty expired, they also fixed that with no hassle and no charge. I had read other reviews to that affect, and it was really great that it was true for us! The dealership fees at $400 were a bit high, but we were willing to pay it for the right car, and in the end it worked out well since it saved us hassle and repairs. Well worth it and we are very happy with our car!! More

Even after the sale they were very eager to fix one issue ( a jingle that was making me nuts) .
