Easiest car purchase ever. .. Showed up on a Saturday morning and test drove a 2017 Mazda 3. I liked the car but there was a serious vibration on the highway. Eric mentioned .. Showed up on a Saturday morning and test drove a 2017 Mazda 3. I liked the car but there was a serious vibration on the highway. Eric mentioned they had just put new tires on and the wheels may not have been balanced. I agreed to let them fix the issue and left a down payment to secure the car. Less than 15 minutes later I was on my way home. Eric called later in the week to tell me that balancing didn't resolve the issue and the wheel needed to be repaired. While it took a week to get the car, I appreciated that they wanted to ensure the car was fixed correctly. The pickup experience was so easy. I showed up, verified the repair with a quicjk test drive, then handed them a check for the balance due, signed a few papers and was done. They also provide a free inspection at a local shop with your purchase which was a nice touch. In less than 10 minutes I was registered, plates were on, and I was on my way to get my sticker. More
