I found South Easton Motir Sales online. When I went to look at the vehicles I was interested in I found the staff to be relaxed. Stay far away from this dealership. I was promised a safe vehicle and that the car would have a a complete work up before I picked it up. I let them know I would be bringing it by my mechanic after buying it vehicle and that the car would have a a complete work up before I picked it up. I let them know I would be bringing it by my mechanic after buying it to ensure they knew I meant business about it getting the work done that it needed. After purchasing it, my mechanic found many things that needed to be fixed. The car was not even properly aligned. Sent the car back to have those issues taken care of. Pick the car up a few days later, and it was shaking really bad. So I brought it back to my mechanic. The drive shaft needed to be replaced. Beyond frustrated I again had to be without my new car and put back into one of their crappy rentals, i voiced my frustrations to the GM. He was very rude, but agreed to have the issue fixed, and that’s because he had to because the car is under warranty. After going back and forth today with Derek, he sent me a very nasty emotionally charged email after I asked him to email me what was done to the car. Trust me pal, I’m just as happy to part ways as you are. I just got my car back today. They destroyed many of the lug nuts, and they decided to also replace my brand new Firestone all season tires that came with the Jeep, with this random off brand I’ve never heard of without asking me. There’s also red silicone smeared all over the brake pads. This could have all been avoided had they not cut corners and tried to take the cheap way out, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I am appalled at the shotty work, and their utter lack of customer service. From start to finish this car buying experience has been awful. Im excited to see the response from the owner trying to make excuses for all of these problems though!! More
Return customer. Bought another vehicle from a different dealer and the engine blew after 6 months. As Eric and I both agreed, its those life lessons that are the hardest. Returned to where I should have bought earlier and had a seamless transaction. Very professional and honest. Lisa was a big help dealing with the bank. Many choices and only quality pre-owned vehicles. Couldnt recommend this business higher. And thats coming from someone who has experienced the difference. More
