This was my first time purchasing an auto from South Easton Motor Sales. My husband and I met with Eric. It was an extremely pleasant experience all around. We ended up getting the car a few days later after it was all set to go, Lisa got all the paperwork in order behind the scenes and we just had to add it to our insurance. I hadn't been in the market for used car in quite a long time, and once I accepted the fact that in 2022, the car buying experience is a completely different animal, I was able to just pay attention the qua time, and once I accepted the fact that in 2022, the car buying experience is a completely different animal, I was able to just pay attention the quality and service of SEMC. They do an incredibly swift business there, and their online inventory was vast. I called on three different cars in the same day and each had just been put under agreement. Derek was quick to offer alternatives and was very receptive to my criteria, advising me to keep checking back because their inventory is always being replenished. And it was true, because I visited them three days in a row and there was new inventory each day. And about pricing. It doesn't matter where you go, you're just going to be paying more than you would have pre-pandemic. I found SEMC's pricing to be below or at least match all of the other dealers I was perusing, and I got such a good vibe from the phone conversations and visits that I just ruled out any other dealerships. They're family-owned have been in business for 75 years, so that's a testimonial in itself. I'd never heard of them, but once I start mentioning them to people, the feedback was universal: excellent in all regards. From the first conversation I had with Derek, to the test drive I took courtesy of Mark, to the business of terms and expectations with Eric, to the closing paperwork with Lisa, to the last-minute service I received to take care some of small items (the one name I didn't catch, unfortunately), it was completely stress-free. They clearly have high standards for the cars they allow on their lot, and any issue I raised was immediately addressed; they rose to the occasion every time without question. There was an incredible sincerity and earnestness in all of the staff that I have never experienced with any other car buying experience. I would totally buy another car or truck from SEMS. For the record, I bought a 2017 Yaris. All I had to do was test drive it and arrive with a check the day it was ready. They took care of absolutely everything. More
