However, my experience buying our new Sienna at South Dade Toyota was so beyond the norm that I Seldom do I feel compelled to write an online review. However, my experience buying our new Sienna at South Dade Toyota was so beyond the norm that I had to take a few minutes to sing their praise. My salesman Javy Lazo was knowledgeable about the product and the other minivans in the same class as the Sienna and helped me decide on the best model to suit our needs. There was no pressure whatsoever to make a sale. He truly is interested in helping the customer make a good decision. Also very helpful was Jose Lazo who happens to be Javy's brother. Jose, as sales manager, did not try to push a van that they had in inventory but instead ordered the exact van that we wanted and kept us informed as to the status of the vehicle they ordered. Finally, the finance rep, Daniel Merejildo did a great job getting the deal wrapped up in less than 20 minutes. To describe the whole experience as smooth and easy seems like an understatement. I give the dealership from top to bottom my highest recommendation. Thank you South Dade Toyota! More
