Ive never experienced such relentless mis-understanding. Salesman was good, mostly followed up on what we talked about. Im sure they got tired of me having to explain over and over the facts of the deal. One lie was I had to pay their sales tax and sales tax from my state, and my state would refund FLORIDA sales tax paid. There is no way on earth one state would pay you back for another states sales tax. Just because I paid with a cashiers check doesnt mean I have a loan, which was week delay trying to get one person to understand. After changing 2 different methods of payment, it was agreed to wire the money. Three trips to the bank for me. Ive never worked so much trying to buy a car for cash. Im sure if you are sitting in front of them, things go smooth, but I cant imagine based on my experience. After almost a month of trying to close on my deal, get my paperwork sent to me, and speaking to just about everyone in management I finally have my paperwork, albeit with numerous title mistakes, misspelled my name on the title, two different versions of my name on the paperwork . I barely got my vehicle titled in my state due to the paperwork mismatches and the misspelling of my name. All states require original documentation, and they kept sending copies which my state denied. They need their 899. processing fee because they spent about 200. on FedEx alone. THE ONLY PERSON AT THIS DEALERSHIP who did 100% of what he promised was MARCO CASINELLI. Make sure hes the one doing your paperwork. He knows his job well, and will deliver what he promises to you. Customer service gets a one star for all the voicemails that are full, the lack of follow up as promised and transferring to extensions without listening to my full statement Quality is getting one star for the fact my name is not the same on all the papers Price gets low score as my DMV has never seen a processing fee that high, they actually passed my purchase order around to everyone in the office and gasped at the fees.. I think I will jump off a bridge before I call this dealership again if this paperwork ever comes back and has to be redone More
