When Marcela picked up the phone she was transparent straight up and to the point. She knew exactly what I wanted and assured an easy pain free experience. The time spent at the dealer was reduced by more than half because of all the help she gave me over the phone, I just had to walk in and sign. No haggle no back and forth with salespeople and 5 managers. I drove out with my new car after 45 minutes of signing and closing the paperwork.
