Estuve en el dealer el 17 de febrero del 2023 donde compré mi RAV 4 2018. Reclamando la garantía escrita por el vendedor y los documentos de power train que dicen de por vida ilimitada y un deducible d compré mi RAV 4 2018. Reclamando la garantía escrita por el vendedor y los documentos de power train que dicen de por vida ilimitada y un deducible de 100 dólares. Sin embargo me dijo el Señor Stevn espinoza que solo por revisar el carro costaba 200 dolares y q no sabia si la garantía cubría los daños . Estos daños fueron ocasionados por la agencia de towing enviado por la misma financiera de la Toyota a recoger mi carro en diciembre del año anterior. Ahora el dealer niega que yo estuve allá solicitando el servicio, 2 meses después estoy esperando que me solucionen y cumplan las garantías q me dieron en el dealer, More
