At first I was just standing inside waiting to be acknowleged and then Robert Perez came in and went ot look for Craig - couldn't find him so he called and found out he had stepped out. I always receive a great support from your Services Advisors and during this holyday times and when the economic situation is a bit difficult in our entire country, I have the complete trust knowing that if any repair is suggested it is in fact needed. One incident that comes to mind is the day in when my wife had a break down at the Florida Turnpike. After contacting AAA for assistance, I immediately contacted your service department advising that my wife was on her way and that I also was in route to say location. Upon my arrival my wife Beatriz was already there, the vehicle inside the shop. My wife had nothing but good comments of the manner that she was greeted and assisted after being exposed to the summer sun for a long period of time. Things like this I never forget.
